With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lowell Noe of Princeton, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on August 3, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Noe and Hattie Robinson Noe; his former wife Josephine Rotenberry Noe; and his children, Anthony Thomas Noe and Mary Elizabeth Noe Fall.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Waltz Hooper-Noe; his children, Jennifer D. Noe Beachboard (Willie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Rocky Mark Noe (Julie) of Bruceton, TN, Walter Noe of Norfolk, VA and Joseph Noe of Norfolk, VA; his stepchildren, Jenise Hooper-Moye (Rodney) of Eden, NC, Jo Edna Hooper-Mages (Robert) of Chesapeake, VA and John Hooper, Jr. of Princeton; and his daughter-in-law Margaret Noe of Norfolk, VA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ashworth Baptist Church or to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
