He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Collins and Lilly Mae Collins; and his nephew Mark Aaron Smith. He is survived by: his fiancée Laura Collins of Princeton; and his sisters, Sandra Smith (Jeff) of Princeton and Karen Powers (Ray) of Kegley.
