He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Mann and Esther Mann; his brothers, Carl and Donald Mann; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Nola, Sylvia Mann, William Phillips and Larry Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Mann; his son Nicholas Mann (Meresa); his grandchildren, Kayli Madison and Caden Wayne; his siblings, William "Billy", Harry Lee Mann of Princeton, Lucy Graham of Matoaka, Nancy Phillips of Peterstown and Bonnie Barberie (Dwain) of Princeton; and his sister-in-law Alice Mann of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Therefore, in lieu of flowers, the family asks those interested to send a donation toward Sun Valley Elementary School's Gymnasium Project.
