She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Elkins (Jacob) of Beckley, WV. and Kayla Morey of Beckley, WV.; her grandchildren, Peighton, Sage, Paisley, Bodhi and Presley; and her siblings, Kathy Phillips (Mark) of Speedway, WV. and Chris Shook (Dawn) of Hallsville, TX.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
