She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Fanning, Jr. and Vera Broyles Fanning; her husband Trevor Y. Hazlewood; and her son Dennis S. Hazlewood. She is survived by: her children, Mike Hazlewood (Regina) of Princeton and Teri Beck (Jim) of Burlington, CT; her grandchildren, Cody Hazlewood, Casey Hazlewood, Tabatha Beck, Samantha Beck and Shamus Beck; and her sister Lynn White of Staunton, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
