She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Shrewsbury, Sr. and Vernie Louvicie Shrewsbury (Mills); her husband Harold Clayton Mills, Sr.; her grandson Caden George Rowe; and her siblings, Woodrow Shrewsbury, Jr. and Laura Jane Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Marie Bailey (French), Johnny Mills, Danny Mills, Harold Mills, Jr. and Billey Mills; her grandchildren, Casandra Rowe, Destiny Kelly (Timmy) and Joey Rowe, Jr.; and her siblings, Peggy Lowe (Rabbit), Frances Lane (Danny), Ronald Shrewsbury, Charles Shrewsbury and Samuel Shrewsbury. She is also survived by three nieces; and four nephews.
