He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Neal and Ada Byrd O'Neal; and his brothers, James Lewis O'Neal, Charles Edward O'Neal, Ronnie Dale O'Neal, John O'Neal and Robert Harvey O'Neal.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty O'Neal of Princeton, Troy O'Neal (Ilene) of Springfield, OR and Richard Lee O'Neal of Princeton; and his close friend Larry Harman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
