He was predeceased by: his brother Michael B. Nestor; and his grandparents, Jack, Irene Nestor, Luther and Lucille Lang.

He is survived by: his parents, William Rodney Nestor of Princeton and Catherine Elizabeth Quick of Hancock, GA.; his daughter Alyssa Stephens of Georgia; his granddaughter Aubrey Stephens; his brother Jacob Nestor of Princeton; his nephew Ezra Nestor; his uncles, Denny Nestor, Daniel Nestor (Karen) and Lacy Lang (Fran); and his aunt Linda Beavers (Ron).
