He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew "Andy" Cox, Sr. and Margaret Louella Holdren Ramsey; his wife Barbara Gail Sarver Cox; his sons, Terry Glen Goodman, Sr. and Timothy Ray Goodman, Sr.; his son-in-law Tony Meadows; and his sisters, Margaret LeMaster (Seay), Donna Johnson and Rosella Howery.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Lynn Goodman, Gladys Gail Meadows and Margaret Earnestine Lopez. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
