She is survived by: her son Glen Butterworth of Florence, SC; her stepdaughters, Peggy Hendricks and Nancy Lynn Cooper; her son-in-law Fred Wiley; her granddaughters, Melissa Butterworth (Joe Guernsey) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tasha Eirich (Brian) of Ohio and Tara Lynn Hershberger (Dale) of Elkview, WV; her stepgrandsons, Brian and Jason Guthrie; and her great grandchildren, Colton Eirich, Trenton Eirich, Trey Hershberger, Tye Hershberger and Rena Hershberger. She is also survived by 10 step-great-grandchildren.
