He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue McAfee Vest; his son Jimmy Vest Jr. (Heather); his stepdaughters, Anita Whittaker, Lisa Bailey (Junior) and Robin Starkey (Mike); his grandchildren, Brooke and Todd Vest; his great grandchild Landon Coy; his siblings, Betty Whittaker, Joyce Hamilton, Peggy Vest, Ruby Fitzko, JoAnn Burke, Eugene Vest, Steve Vest and Shelby Duke; and his close friends, Jackie Robbins, Stanley May and Diana Crawling. He is also survived by 6 step- great grandchildren.
