He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cecil and Violet Brinkley Cecil; and his wife Alice Saunders Cecil. He is survived by: his son Rodney Cecil (Kathy) of Sandlick; his brothers, J. L. Cecil (Libby) of Roanoke, VA and Darrell Cecil of Princeton; his grandsons, Kelly Cecil (Mollie) of Morgantown and Blake Cecil (Megan) of Sandlick; and his great grandchildren, Ada of Morgantown and River Cecil of Morgantown.
