He is survived by: his mother Sherry England Goins of Otter Branch; his wife Jessica Kennedy England; his children, Rebecca Edwards of Tazewell, VA, Matthew Edwards of Bluefield and Jesse W. Edwards of Bluefield; his brothers, Steven A Goins of North Carolina and Ronnie Lee Owens of North Carolina; his parents-in-law, Judy Bryant and James Kennedy of Princeton, WV; and his son-in-law Braxton Deskins of Tazewell, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
