She is survived by: her mother Lisa Mills of Clayton; her son Thomas Chapman; her partner Rebekah Champ; her daughters, Olivia and Avory Champ; her sister Samantha Lilly (Josh); her siblings, Brandi Wills (Misti Smith) of Clayton, Lori Norris of Hix and Geoffrey Richmond of Morgantown, WV.; and also Tegan of Forest Hill, WV.
