She was predeceased by: her parents, S. R. Arrington (Sam) and Jettie Blevins Arrington Harman; her husband Charles H. Foster; and her sister Hila Arrington Lane of Ocala, Florida.. She is survived by: her son Drew Foster of Louisville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Memorial (654 Athens Rd, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
