He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Miller; his father-in-law Alvin; his father Bernard Scott (Brenda) of Forest City, NC; his brother Timothy Scott of Montgomery, WV; his nieces, Cassandra Scott and Winter Kennedy; and his nephew Daniel Scott.
