He is survived by: his wife Judy Bailey Clower; his children, James "Frankie" Clower (Lena) of Martinsville, VA, Elizabeth Bowles of Princeton, Sherri White (Tommy) of Bassett, VA and Marie Stout (David); and his sisters, Carol Bailey, Reeda Clower, Hazel Clower, Sandra Dedman and Patricia Morrow. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren.
