He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Junior Dawson and Clara Susie Ann Dawson; his siblings, Ricky Dawson and Brenda Joyce Anders; and his nieces, Bambi Dawson Sheets and Patty Daham.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Lambert (Thomas) of Princeton, Starr R. A. Gonzales (Genaro) of Lexington, NC, Wanda Baily (Fred) of Princeton, Judy Laxton of Princeton, Buddy Dawson of North Carolina, Jimmy Dawson (Kathy) of North Carolina, Andy Dawson of North Carolina, Bobby Dawson (Betty) of North Carolina and Darlo Dawson of North Carolina; and his close friends, Alice, Jasper Skeens and Terry Martin. He is also survived by several stepsiblings, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
