He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charlie, Frank, Bill and Junior; and his wife Norma Jean Lilly Hamm.

He is survived by: his sisters, Nora and Bernice; and his children, Dr. Rhonda L. Hamm of Lewisburg and Phillip K. Hamm (Tracey) of Princeton. He is also survived by three sisters and six brothers.

Due to the Governor's mandate, masks and social distancing, will be observed.
