He is survived by: his children, Harry W. Starcher, Jr. and Jequeta Maria Starcher; his stepdaughter Alexia Lane; his siblings, Carolyn Louise Swanner of Ohio, Sylvia Marie White of Lilly Grove, Patricia Phyllis White of Sandlick, Airwana Starcher Arnett of Lerona, Cleo Bennet (Rick) of Speedway and Terry Robert Starcher (Kathy) of Stovall Ridge; his close friends, Tommy Lambert and Larry Steel; and his caregiver Audrey Hannah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
