He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Cecil, Jr. and Maisel Walker Cecil; and his brothers, Jessie Cecil, III, Mark Cecil and Randall Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Johnson Cecil; his children, Elaina Fox, Matthew Cecil, Maisel Cecil and Eddie Bates (Heather) of Lashmeet; and his brothers, Arvin Cecil (Dorothy) of Lashmeet, Larry Cecil (Aleta) of Lashmeet, Darrell Cecil of Princeton and David Cecil. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home (1612 Honaker Ave, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
