She was predeceased by: her parents, George Raymond Sluss and Elsie Sue Ramsey Sluss; and her siblings, Raymond Sluss, Dorothy Nash and Teresa Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Belcher; her daughter Kimberly Shane Morrison; her granddaughter Jaden Morrison; and her siblings, Veronica Andrews, Shirley Taylor and Janet Thomason.
