He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Underwood and Annie Gertrude Bailey Underwood; and his granddaughter April Johnson Begovich. He is survived by: his wife Iris Rutledge Underwood; his daughter Glenna Johnson (Larry); his grandson Chad Johnson (Donna); and his great grandchild Tyler Johnson (Hanna).
