He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gilbert Witt and Emily Waddell Witt Bailey; his wife Brenda Smith Witt; his son Steven Wayne Witt; his great grandchild Xavier; and his siblings, Rusty Witt, Gail Casey, Joyce Parish and Timothy Witt.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Witt (Lisa) and Robert Witt; his grandchildren, Dakota Witt (Shenandoah) and Brenna Witt; and his stepgreat-grandchild Declan Harrison-Witt.
