She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin John "Buddy" Spires and Ruth Tribble Spires; her husband Marvin E. "Pete" Ratcliffe; her daughter Karin Ratcliffe; her grandson Tyler Cappa; and her brother Lee Schultz.
She is survived by: her children, Kimber McMillion (Curt) of Charleston, WV, Kristina White (Mike) of Princeton and Kandice Browning (Jim) of Princeton; her grandchildren, Hunter Warner, Michaela Butler-Ansley, Krystle Angle and Tori Cappa; her great grandchildren, Kylah, Bo, Gracyn, Adalynn, Bryntlee and Caison; and her brother John Carl Spires.
