He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Benton Bailey and Irene Myrtle Miller Bailey; his former wife Brenda Louise O'Dell Bailey; and his sister Patricia Ann Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bailey, Frankie L. Bailey Jr. (Sarah) and Michael Bailey; and his siblings, Bernice Gail Hood and Jackie W. Bailey (Jacquline Bailey).
