He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Harvey Green; his children, Melanie Croy (Andrew), James Green (Kelly) and Nicholas Green (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Ayden, Noah, Emma and Braelyn; and his siblings, Brenda Green, James Green and Jeff Green.
