He is survived by: his wife Debra Belcher Howell; his son Staffan Howell of Princeton; his siblings, Daniel Howell (Betty) of Princeton, Ricky Howell (Debbie) of Princeton, Michael Howell (Carolyn) of Athens, Mark Howell (Lorrie) of Princeton, Linda Newcombe (Clark) of Jacksonville, FL, Delores Combs of Princeton, Johnnie Neely of Princeton, Brenda Butler of Atlanta, GA and Deborah DeSousa (Hansel) of Allentown, PA; and his grandchildren, Bryce Monroe Howell, Tylar Shay Howell and Asher Reid Howell.
