He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Coburn and Nellie Wimmer Coburn; and his siblings, Jack, Don, Mason Coburn, Anna Marie Coburn and Pauline Coburn.
He is survived by: his friends, Larry Gilpin and Larry Farthing; his nephew Jerry Shinault; his sons, Michael Coburn and Patrick Coburn; his granddaughters, Jessica Coburn and Dr. Amanda Coburn; his sister Elizabeth Shinault; and his former wife Sandra Coburn Perdue.
