She was predeceased by: her parents, Bogle Harry Duncan and Ada Gillespie Duncan; her husband James Ronald Palmer; and her siblings, Willard Duncan, Clyde Duncan and Fannie Marsico.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Palmer (Thomas Lardner Jr.) and Linda Rae Cooke (Ronald A. Cooke Jr.); her grandson Christopher Michael Brallier; her daughter Crystal Rae Bruce (Christopher J. Bruce); her great grandchild Abigail L. Brallier; and her brother Otis Duncan.
