She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Lee Steele of Glenwood; her husband Joe Pendleton; and her brothers, Randy Lockhart and Harley Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Cecil (Kenneth Michael Cecil) of Princeton and Joseph Anthony Pendleton of Princeton; her grandchildren, Paxton Michael Cecil and Winter Eliza Rose Cecil; and her siblings, Bob Lockhart (Rosemary) of Pipestem, Tom Lockhart (Linda) of Pennsylvania, Pam Smith of Florida, Sherri Bailey Gaither of North Carolina and Kevin Bailey (Diane) of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Seaver Funeral Home (1507 N Walker St, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
