He is survived by: his wife Sara Rorrer Keys; his daughters, Mistie Hurst and Jessica Wingo; his grandchildren, Matthew Furches (Breann Skeens), Kayla Averill (Shawn) and Christopher Hurst (Derek); his great grandchild Makayla Averill; and his siblings, Phillip Keys (Debbie) and Dreama Meadows (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
