He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Blevins and Hattie Mae Jones Blevins; and his wife Elizabeth Tote "Picky" Blevins. He is survived by: his children, David Blevins (Denise) of Wilmington, NC, Michael Blevins of Leckie, WV and Brenda Bolen of Waverly, OH; and his sister Betty Dillon of Lithia, FL.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
