She is survived by: her husband Eugene Hazelwood; her daughter Melanie Hazelwood; her grandchildren, Alex Hazelwood, Gavin Norwood and Ivy Hazelwood; her great grandchildren, Vayda Weeks and Lincoln Weeks; and her brothers, Wayne Wyrick and Randy Wyrick.
