It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Cook of Princeton, West Virginia, born in Dugspur, Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clain Martin and Myrtle Goad Martin; and her husband Donald Cook. She is survived by: her children, Annette Thompson, Scott Cook (Kim) and Christie Meadows (Eric); her grandchildren, Matthew Thompson (Janna Riggins), Amanda Gum (Adam), Kayden Meadows and Samuel Meadows; her great grandchildren, Jade, Jaxon and Jayce Thompson; and her brothers, Clinton Martin (Yvonne) and Roger Martin (June). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
