With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ashley Raikes of Princeton, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on December 9, 2021 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Raikes; her grandparents, Robert, Violet Hargis and Claude Raikes; her niece Allison Short; and her nephew Gabriel Short.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Gail Short (Jeffrey); her grandmother Geraldine Workman; her children, Lydia Nevaeh Raikes, Kimberly Jalyssa Raikes and Elijah Jared Raikes; her siblings, Jennifer Raikes, Haley Raikes and Travis; her stepbrothers, Ryan Short and Dustin Short; and her nieces and nephews, Abigail, Andrea, Zoey Raikes, Bell, Mackenzie Short, Calleigh Miller, Cayden, Parker Raikes and Benny Short.
