She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Constantino and Franchesca "Fannie" Falcomato Constantino; her husband Michael D. "Mike" Grbac; her siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Charles (Bernard), Mary A. "Little Mary" Constantino, Anna Peter (Eugene "Pete"), Frank Constantino (Patsy) and Willie Constantino; and her brother-in-law Charley Manley.
She is survived by: her son Anthony M. "Tony" Grbac (Linda) of Cross Lanes; her sister Virginia Constantino Manley of Princeton; her granddaughter Crystal Grbac (Jared Hsu) of Cross Lanes; her great grandchildren, Alexis Brook Grbac and Ryan Grbac; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Shane Smith (Brandi) of Hurricane, Eric Allen Smith (Danielle) of Hurricane, Rucker, Lucy, Auggie and Eva Smith; and her caregiver Donna Sloane (Danny) of Rock.
