He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Lee Neal and Mary Kathlene Snapp Neal; and his siblings, James Neal, Daniel Neal, Tommy Neal, Myrtle Shoda, Faye Burkhart and Connie Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Gracie Neal; his sons, Jackson Neal (Terre) of High Point, NC and David Neal (Pam) of Brushfork; his grandsons, Waylon David Neal, Wyatt Devon Neal, Jarrod Ryan Neal and Brandon Lee Myles (Renaee); and his great grandchildren, Haidyn, Jackson, Serenity and Analeigh.
