She was predeceased by: her parents, Chill Taylor and Essie Maude Reed (Davis); her former husband Frank C. Larkey; her husband Paul Chilensky; and her siblings, Eve Bell Catlett of Follansbee, WV, Vera Jean Larkey of Safford, AZ and Joseph Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Leah McKitrick (Tom) of Miami, FL, Frank Larkey (Pai) of Houston, TX, Deborah Smith (Gerald) of Beckley, WV and Dale Alicia Barnett of Beckley, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
