He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Hill and Delmar Bailey; and his siblings, Donalta Blevins, Texa Miller, Donald, Nick and Medford Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Preston Bailey; his children, Tim Bailey, Terri Aquino (Joe) and Tina Wellman; his grandchildren, Tom Bailey (Wendy), Emma Keplar (Corbin), Sophia Bailey, Sam Aquino (Jenna), Maria Spurlock (Joe), Chris Wellman and Robby Wellman (Haylee); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Nora, Eliana, Elise, Preston, Jackson, Bella, Paxton, Hadley and Tripp.
Those attending are asked to follow CDC Guidelines and state mandates of wearing a mask and social distancing.
