She is survived by: her husband Leonard Elwood Welch; her son Jerry Edward Welch; her son-in-law Everett "Jeff" Hazlett; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hazlett and Shawn Hazlett; her siblings, Mary McSorley (Gary), Linda Vance, James Harmon (Gracie) and Jerry Harmon, Jr. (Sissy); and her sister-in-law Ruth Harmon.
