He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Finley and Alta Mae Williamson Finley; his siblings, Blanche Stevens, Drusie Buck, Roberta Daugherty, Bernice Finley, Henry Glen Finley, Troy Don Finley and Bernard Finley; and his granddaughter Andrea Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Napier Finley; his children, Ava Adams of Prichard, WV, Jennifer Frye of Huntington, WV and Gary Finley (Linda) of Prichard, WV; and his grandchildren, Leann Adams, Tessa Adams, Ryan Finley, Taylor Finley, Caleb Smith, Jacob Smith and Brianna Frye. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
