He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann Monzel Webb; his children, Bryan Shane Webb (Kelli), Larry Dale Webb, II (Janie Hutchinson), Eddie Joseph Webb and Jeneva Totoro (Lou); his daughter-in-law Tara Webb; his grandchildren, Katie, Samuel, Zachary, Caleb, Aries, Blake, Louie, Anthony and Dominic; his great grandchild Ellie; and his siblings, Diane Massie (Dennis) and Lee Webb (Lois).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
