He is survived by: his parents, John Henry Fields and Cara Davis Fields; his children, Jaxson Fields of Pikeville, KY and Layla Fields of Beauty, KY; his sister Elaine Fields Blair of Beauty, KY; his aunts and uncles, Milton Davis, Franklin Davis, Amy Bowen, Bonnie Davis and Angie Davis; and his niece Daisha Brewer.
