It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hearl Faulkner Sr. of Prichard, West Virginia, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Deloss and Myrtle Lee Faulkner (Ward); and his brother Herman. He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Nichols (Jeff) and David Faulkner (Patricia); his wife Rosalinda P. Faulkner of Portsmouth, Virginia; his children, Lizel P. Faulkner Mathews (Darrell) of Atlanta, Georgia, Hearl P. Faulkner Jr. (Jennifer) of Wake Forest, Franco P. Faulkner (Melissa) of Portsmouth and Carlo P. Faulkner (Talisha Williams) of Portsmouth, Virginia; his grandchildren, Darius (Kaylee), Kyra, Kyla, Kobi, Daliyah, Denzel, Larenz, Kallie, Ian, Sophie, Brett, Cooper, Aaliyah, Mikaela, Primo, Luchana, Jade, Isaiah and Lillian; and his friend Irene Freeman of Prichard.
Those attending are asked by the family to follow CDC guidelines of social distancing and wearing a mask.
