He was predeceased by: his parents, Elba Ferguson and Geraldine Ferguson; and his brother Jack Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Ferguson of Prichard; his daughter Ashley Nicely (Charles) of Prichard; his grandchildren, Bella-Mea Nicely of Prichard, Avery Nicely of Prichard, McKinley Nicely of Prichard and Bennett Nicely of Prichard; and his siblings, Margaret Ferguson of Louisa, KY, Michael Ferguson (Debbie) of Fort Gay, Willard "Willie" Ferguson (Gloria) of Louisa, KY and Tony Ferguson of Fort Gay.
