He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Joseph Underwood and Janet Vivian McDonald Underwood; his wife Tammy Marlene Underwood; and his brothers, Jason, Joseph and John Underwood.
He is survived by: his son Justin Underwood Jr. (Ashley); his sisters, Cindi Fox (Wayne) of Welch, Leeanna Lane (Charles) of Premier and Norma Kay Riggs of Welch; his sister-in-law Karen Kay Underwood of Premier; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Ethan Underwood, Gabriel Underwood, Thomas, Tammy Davis, Heather, Haley Nierman and Alyssa Davis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Safety Church (13193 Coal Heritage Rd, Roderfield, WV 24881). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
