He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Barbara Belcher Williiams Jr.; his brothers, Kenneth "Butch" and Ronald; and his sister-in-law Elvia.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Williams; his grandchildren, Alexis Gibson, Damian, Nevaeh Moten, Rylee, Garrett and Levi Pritt; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Williams.
