He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Neal. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Neal (Hamman) of Kincaid; his daughters, Christina Wright (Charles II) of Powellton, W. V. and Jessica Neal of Powellton, W. V.; his siblings, Adam Neal of Erie and Beth King of Kincaid, W. V.; his grandchildren, Isaac, Jason, Marci, Savannah and Gabby; and his nieces, Faith, Mary, Melissa and Nichole.
