He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blake and Anna Blake (Martin); his daughter Penny Hopkins; and his siblings, Bobby Blake, Ruth Hart, Helen Degarmo, Rose McDowell and Herb Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen "Candy" Blake (Maine); his children, Ronnie Blake of Wileyville, WV, Jeff Blake of Glen Dale, WV, Brian Blake of New Martinsville, WV, Nicki Stewart (Chad) of Sistersville, WV and Leanna Proctor (Kirk) of Middlebourne, WV; and his siblings, Don Blake of Pine Grove, WV, Larry Blake of Pine Grove, WV, Buster Blake (Barb) of West Liberty, WV and Shirley Greathouse of Wileyville, WV. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
